Prices are subject to change without notice and prices in effect at time of shipment prevail.

Standard Packaging:

Five gallon pails or fifty-five gallon drums.

Surcharges on orders less than fifty gallons:

1 pail add $0.25/lb.
2-5 pails add $0.15/lb.
6-9 pails add $0.10/lb.

Quantity Discounts (applicable to multi-plant shipments):

1800 lbs. net - 2% Discount
6000 lbs. net - 4% Discount

Freight:

Freight will be prepaid on orders totaling 600 lbs. net or more. Freight will be F.O.B. Paterson, New Jersey on orders less than 600 lbs. net.

Special Products:

Any products made special will be shipped F.O.B. Paterson, New Jersey. Minimum order is fifty gallons.

Condition of Sale:

Cardinal Color does not guarantee favorable results due to factors beyond our control and assumes no liability in connection with the use of our products. Products offered should be used by people having technical competence. Their use is at the discretion and risk of the purchaser and no warranty is expressed or implied.

Returns:

Buyer may not return goods without first obtaining a Returned Goods Authorization from seller. Only unopened containers are acceptable. Within one year of shipment, material in good condition will be accepted on prepaid return to Cardinal or designated warehouse for creditat the lower of current or original invoice price, less 25% restock charge. On material over two years old, no returns will be accepted.
